Nathan Manges currently works at Purdue University as Assistant Director, Real Estate in Auxiliary Services at Purdue University. He is responsible the university real estate function including acquisitions, dispositions, lease administration, lease transactions, account management of the university services agreement with JLL. In 2018, occupancy planning, which includes space planning and space management, was rolled up under real estate.
Since 2010, Manges has also worked on several university-wide business process and enterprise-wide software implementations. He has served as a leader in university procurement department and played a role in several innovative initiatives at Purdue to maximize student affordability on the West Lafayette campus including strategic partnerships with Xerox, Fisher Scientific, Hanson Cold Storage, and JLL.
Manges received his bachelor's degree in agriculture economics from Purdue University and his master's degree in business administration from Krannert School of Management at Purdue University.
