Topgolf Outing


Make socializing a sport at the National Harbor Topgolf for a day of fun golf games for all skill levels, chef-inspired dishes, and networking with your peers. Score points by hitting micro-chipped golf balls at giant dartboard-like targets on an outfield. The closer you get your ball to the center or 'bullseye' and the further the distance, the more points earned. At Topgolf, there's no pressure to be good, only to have fun! There is an additional fee to participate; transportation, golf clubs, and food and beverages are included. Reserve your spot and invite a friend!

Kayak Excursion


Attendees are invited to the waterfront to take part in several activities right on the river. Just a hop, skip and a jump from the hotel, the National Harbor waterfront boasts a variety of choices: pedal boats, paddleboards, and kayaks.



This class will move you through a series of poses that connect breath to movement. Breathing will be emphasized as you progress through a flowing sequence of poses to help you get out of your head and into your body. Your practice will grow, and your sense of peace and balance will be restored as you flow through the yoga postures empowered by your breath.

No matter what your fitness level, Barefoot Bootcamps are designed to help you look and feel your best. Your body will become more toned, your joints will hurt less and, most importantly, your confidence will rise. Join this amazing community where strong is beautiful and any movement is good movement! You can expect a strengthening and toning workout with heart-racing HIIT circuits for cardiovascular endurance and fun music to help your early morning sweat session fly by!

Power Yoga features a series of poses that connect breath to movement while building strength and confidence. In these classes, breathing will be emphasized as you progress through a flowing sequence of poses. Your practice will grow as you delve deeper into postures, empowered by your breath.




This 45 minute long class will cover the basics of meditation and make it accessible for all levels of experience. We will try several meditation techniques to help you find your preferred method to best quiet your mind and experience the present moment.
