Reservations can only be made during the annual meeting registration process. Hotel reservations cannot be made by calling the hotel directly.
The hotel cutoff date is June 12, 2020.
If you do not book your hotel during the online registration process, please use the link provided in the confirmation letter to add housing. Participants registering as part of a team must make reservations using the housing link provided in their registration confirmation letter. Phone reservations will not be accepted.
The NACUBO official conference hotel will offer complimentary basic internet for NACUBO Annual Meeting Attendees over the convention dates.
A portion of the room rate is used to offset the expense of housing services.
The official housing bureau for NACUBO is Showcare Event Solutions. If you are contacted by any housing bureau other than Showcare Event Solutions, we urge you to report them to NACUBO staff at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you receive a call or email from any company offering to make hotel reservations over the dates of the NACUBO annual meeting, we urge you not to book with them. These companies are not affiliated with NACUBO or Showcare Event Solutions in any way and, therefore, are not authorized to make reservations on our behalf.
