A deposit may be charged by the hotel prior to arrival.

All changes and cancellations must be made in writing to the Housing Bureau no later than June 30, 2010. Changes as of July 1, 2010 should be made directly with the hotels.

Attendees can reserve up to one (1) room under a single name. Reservations for two or more rooms require prior approval from Laser Registration; send your request to nacubo@Laser-Registration.com

Attendees may use a major credit card as a form of payment.

All changes/cancellations can be made through June 30, 2010 via the NACUBO Housing Bureau by internet, phone, fax, mail or e-mail. All reservation cancellations will be charged a $75 cancellation fee. Any cancellations within 72 hours of arrival are subject to one night's room and tax penalty. Failure to check-in on the scheduled date of arrival will result in a charge of one night's room and tax and cancellation of the room for the remainder of the stay.
Please note:
- Rates do not include state and local tax, fees, and assessments
- A portion of the room rate is used to offset the expense of housing services
- Housing cut-off date will be June 30, 2010.
