The Speaker Portal is a speaker and presentation website to help you manage tasks and your personal participation schedule in preparation for your session(s) during the conference. Speakers should have received an email from firstname.lastname@example.org on January 7, 2015 with login information. If you did not receive this email or misplaced it, please contact email@example.com for assistance.
The speaker agreement is an online contract each speaker receives via email. The agreement details financial disclosures, copyright permissions and registration/hotel instructions including codes to enter for discounts. All speakers must sign and submit the agreement prior to the conference.
Registration and Housing
Speakers may register for the conference beginning Monday, February 1, by clicking on the Register Now button in the top right-hand corner. To register for the NACUBO 2016 Annual Meeting, please enter your "MY NACUBO" email address and password. If you do not have a "MY NACUBO" account, please click "Need an online account" on the registration page. All speakers must register for the conference.
Housing reservations can be made upon completion of the registration process. Reservations can only be made during the registration process ; not by calling the hotel directly. Additional information can be found under Hotel & Travel.

Speaker Planning Webcasts
We have planned a speaker briefing webcast to explore some of the tips and resources that we have available to you, and learn more about meeting logistics, to help ensure that the prsentation you give and the one that you wish to give are one and the same. The webcast will occur on Tuesday, may 10, 2016.
