Analytics can support mission and generate economic value across the campus. A panel of business officers will reveal how a cost management model can faciliate a decision-making framework. The model focuses on outputs that can be leveraged to enable more sophisticated analytics. Presenters address how these outputs and analytics fit into their larger enterprise informed decision-making. The panel will cover management challenges faced by each institution, how and why the institution developed the cost management model to address these challenges, particular data points and reports produced by the model, and decision-making that the data and reports inform. The result: enhanced mission related and financial performance.
