Join this interactive discussion to learn how an employee affinity program—Living Pepperdine—was successfully implemented across diverse staff areas encompassing administration, facilities, design and construction, government and regulatory affairs, insurance and risk, and public safety. Panelists will outline the program elements, facilitate small group sessions mirroring those used to develop the program, present short videos featuring employee feedback and program participation, and explain development of the program standards.
