The University of Massachusetts’ five-campus system recently embarked on a two-year Business Process Review (BPR) initiative designed to align major business functions, streamline and standardize processes, and establish an overall readiness to adopt the next generation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. To solidify the learning experience, participants will practice lean techniques used in the review processes.
