Description

There is abundant research describing frameworks related to student learning, development, and satisfaction in college. A new Quality of Life framework developed by Sodexo and Sky Factor, is using data to drive and improve practice across the campus estate at Northumbria University in the U.K., with an emphasis on how it can facilitate genuine human connections, engagement, and resiliency. Join colleagues from Sodexo in the U.S. and the U.K to discuss findings from the first phase of a research project and how it and other campus data will inform not only the resi life program at Northumbria, but globally. This session will illustrate a use case, from both the researcher and operator perspective, that is using a quality of life framework to assess and drive program development to support student commitment, satisfaction, and success.
