Description

In the last five years, nontraditional students have become a majority in many U.S. educational institutions, requiring innovative, flexible, and affordable offerings, as well as student services tailored to their work schedules and multiple responsibilities. Established in 2014, TCC Connect Campus is the newest and fastest growing campus of Tarrant County College District and delivers eLearning and accelerated Weekend College programs to more than 20,000 students. Learn about the strategies TCC Connect Campus employs—such as eLearning and accelerated programs, competency-based education, and dual credit and program degree pathways—to reduce students’ educational cost and operational costs while serving nontraditional students.

Learning Objectives

  • Reduce the cost of delivering education at the institutional and student levels.
