Description

College and university endowments are a critical source of support for education and research. In the aftermath of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, and as lawmakers consider reauthorization of the Higher Education Act, take this opportunity to engage in executive-level discussions with your research university colleagues about communicating the importance of endowments to policy makers and the public. You will also hear about the new NACUBO-TIAA Study of Endowments.

This event is by invitation only. No sponsors, exhibitors, vendors, or media representatives are permitted to attend.

Learning Objectives

  • Understand the implications of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act for college and university endowments.
  • Consider strategies to communicate how endowments benefit students, faculty, campus communities, and the broader public.
  • Contribute ideas for the NACUBO-TIAA Study of Endowments.
