Description

In this interactive workshop, presenters will focus on assessing and benchmarking institutional digital capability and the importance of teamwork and collaboration between chief information officers and chief business officers in planning for transformational change. To emphasize the value of this collaboration, speakers will share their experiences, best practices, and lessons learned at their own institutions. Results of EDUCAUSE research will provide a brief overview of eight core digital capabilities that can be used for benchmarking.
