Representatives of three higher education institutions will share their experiences of implementing an Activity-Based Cost (ABC) and revenue model designed to provide analytics to support institutional initiatives. They will describe the model design and development process, discuss how the model has enhanced analysis and decision making, share best practices and lessons learned, and highlight success stories at each of their campuses.
