Seth Reynolds is a managing director in the Education practice at Parthenon-EY, with a focus on the US market. He has recently led engagements with the NYC DOE, Mass Insight Education & Research Institute, Harvard’s Graduate School of Education, and Johns Hopkins University. In addition to work with K-12 districts and higher education institutions, Mr. Reynolds has extensive expertise in the education and information publishing industries, focusing on corporate strategy, new business evaluation, profit improvement, sales force optimization, and organizational design.
Prior to joining Parthenon-EY, Mr. Reynolds taught a bilingual 5th grade class through the Teach For America program and worked at SchoolNet, a data warehousing service provider to the K-12 school market. He is a founding member of the Board of Trustees of Excel Academy, a charter middle school in East Boston, MA. Mr. Reynolds holds a B.A in American Studies from Amherst College. He received his M.B.A. from the MIT Sloan School of Management and his Master of Public Administration from the Harvard University Kennedy School of Government.
