Mary Claire Cartwright is the Vice President of Information Technology and Back a Boiler Program Manager for the Purdue Research Foundation. She has served at the Foundation since 1992. As Vice President of Information Technology, Mary Claire is responsible for the strategic oversight of information technology policies, procedures, goals and budget for the Purdue Research Foundation. Additionally, she has management responsibilities for the information technology functions of the for-profit entity McClure Services. McClure Services provides administrative services to start-up companies residing in the Purdue Research Park network.
As Product Manager for the new Back a Boiler Program, she works closely with Purdue Research Foundation and Purdue staff to lead the Income Share Agreement program into its second cohort. Mary Claire has oversight with Back a Boiler reporting, communication, pricing, budgeting and acts as the Back a Boiler spokesperson.
Mary Claire’s background includes project management, training, report writing and analytics. Her extensive communication and troubleshooting skills lend itself to both technology and non-technology projects for the Purdue Research Foundation.
Mary Claire earned a BS from Purdue University’s College of Health and Human Sciences. Her love of strategic and project communication led her to return to Purdue to earn her MS from Purdue’s Brian Lamb School of Communication.
