Kim Pate joined the Wells Fargo Treasury Management education and not for profit team in February 2016. In this role, she consults and partners with complex institutions to provide innovative and strategic treasury strategies and services. Kim was previously the Associate Vice President for Treasury and Debt Management at Emory University. Kim has over 10 years of higher education treasury experience and worked in higher education for over 20 years. While at Emory, she was responsible for overseeing and managing all treasury operations including cash, debt, and liquidity management. Prior to her treasury role, Kim held various positions in the Controller’s Office at Emory with a focus on endowment, cash and debt accounting. She also served as Director of Finance for the information technology division of the University for 3 years before moving to the treasury arena. Kim holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from Texas A&M University and M.B.A. in Finance from Georgia State University. Kim is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP).
