Diane Improta is a Partner and Senior Consultant at Mercer Investment Consulting. She has over 25 years of institutional investment consulting experience working with corporate and not-for-profit plan sponsors. Diane’s primary responsibility is to provide plan sponsors assistance with the strategy, implementation, and execution of their retirement programs.
Diane is a frequent speaker at industry conferences sponsored by organizations such as P&I (Pensions & Investments), NACUBO (National Association of College and University Business Officers), and CUPA (College and University Professional Association for Human Resource). She served on the advisory board of P&I’s East Coast Defined Contribution Conference for several years and is a member of DCIIA (Defined Contribution Institutional Investment Association). Diane was named to Chief Investment Officer Magazine’s 2015 and 2013 Knowledge Brokers List. The List is CIO Magazine’s annual ranking of the most influential consultants in the institutional investment universe.
Prior to joining Mercer, Diane was a Managing Director at Rocaton and a Partner at Hewitt EnnisKnupp where she was the 403(b) Client Practice Leader and a member of the DC Leadership Team. Prior to that, she served as a consultant at both Segal Advisors and Evaluation Associates. Diane has a B.A. in Business Administration from Lynchburg College.
