As Vice President for Finance and Treasurer, Carolyn Ainslie is Princeton’s chief financial officer. She is a member of the University Priorities Committee and partners with campus leaders on program and financial planning. Prior to taking this position at Princeton in October 2008, she spent over twenty years at Cornell University in various leadership roles in budgeting and planning. Prior to Cornell, Ms. Ainslie worked at GTE, a telephone operating company. A graduate of Bucknell University, Ms. Ainslie earned an MBA from the University of Rochester. She serves on the boards of the Princeton University Investment Company, the National Student Clearinghouse, the Harding Loevner Funds, the Kendal Corporation, Princeton University Press and the Princeton University Concerts Committee.
