Carole Arwidson is vice president, director of market research, and a member of TLG’s core account management group. Her responsibilities include heading up all research activities, new business development, and providing counsel in the areas of strategic planning and marketing communications. Her client work has involved managing multi-audience, multi-phase marketing and market research studies; developing visibility/awareness and lead generation campaigns that included both on- and offline marketing communications; preparing media analyses and creative execution for ad campaigns; conducting audits and assessments of various marketing/enrollment functions and activities; and contributing to and facilitating strategic planning efforts. Carole has been a panelist or presenter at numerous regional professional conferences and conducts training workshops for TLG clients.
Carole is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College, where she also worked in college admissions, before going on to get her master’s in communications at Cornell University. Carole has worked with TLG since 1989.
