Carol Mullaney is the Director of Continuous Improvement at the University of Notre Dame, having responsibility since 2010 for designing, leading and fostering a culture that embraces continuous improvement and positive change to support Notre Dame's mission. In addition to this full-time role, she has been a concurrent instructor in the Mendoza College of Business since January 2015, teaching a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course in the MBA program. Carol holds a B.A. from Notre Dame and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
Carol has served on the Board of Directors for NCCI: Higher Education's Network for Change and Continuous Innovation since 2012 and was recognized in 2016 with the NCCI Leader of Change Award.
