Speakers Corner

We are excited to have such a variety of speakers and topics for the 2010 annual meeting...thank you for being a part of our program!

The following forms and templates will be necessary when preparing for your presentation. Please read carefully through the instructions.

Audio Visual

Standard audio visual in each concurrent session meeting room will include:

  1. Computer
  2. LCD Projector and Screen
  3. Podium with microphone
  4. Table microphone for panel presentations with more than 3 speakers

Presentations

PowerPoint Template

If you are presenting a PowerPoint presentation, please download the NACUBO PowerPoint template. You must save this document in PowerPoint to be able to edit the document with your own content. Select "save" when prompted to open or save the file.

ALL PRESENTATIONS MUST USE THIS TEMPLATE!

Presentation Upload

Once you have completed your presentation, follow the instructions in the Presentation Upload Guide to UPLOAD your final presentation so we have all presentations on file and ready for you in San Francisco! The deadline to have FINAL presentations uploaded is July 6, 2010. Please include all speakers’ names on the cover slide!

Track Management Contacts

Each session is included in one of eight different tracks. Each track has a manager at NACUBO who can assist with any content-related issues to your presentation. For contact information, a list of NACUBO Track Managers is available.
